• We undertake collection, segregation, transportation, trading, processing, composting, recycling, treatment and disposal of all types of waste. This includes solid, liquid or gaseous substances, and includes but not limited to domestic, municipal or industrial waste, electronic waste (e waste), construction and demolition debris, bio‐medical waste, hazardous waste, raw sewage, waste water, etc.

• We undertake the use, sale, marketing and distribution of all products or by‐products that are generated in the process of treating or disposing waste and waste products. Some of them are compost, energy derived, or fuel generated from waste-to-energy processes such as bio‐methanation, methane gas from landfill, and thirdly processing of electronic products, paper, metals, chemicals and paper to make them suitable for re‐use.

• We develop, construct, operate, maintain and manage processing facilities for all types of waste or waste products including composting plants, landfills, sewage treatment plants, waste water treatment plants, incinerators, refuse-derived field plants, electronic waste processing plants, etc. We also undertake development, marketing, purchase and sale of such plants, for Govt. agencies or NGOs involved in this activity.

• We undertake trading of financial instruments that would enable the financing of waste collection, treatment or processing projects, managing carbon emission receipts (CERS), and any related activities.

• We promote own, acquire, construct, erect, maintain, improve, manage, operate, alter, carry on, control, lease, advise and render assistance to any industry, company, venture, system or scheme in the area of collection, transportation, processing and disposal of municipal waste, electronic waste, bio medical waste, hazardous waste, sewage and waste water. These ventures may involve processes such as composting, bio‐methanation, aerobic or anaerobic treatment, waste-to-energy which includes production of refuse-derived fuel and any other processes or technologies available. We also aim to take advantage of benefits available under the Clean Development Mechanism.

• We work closely with manufacturers, producers, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, dealers, stockists, suppliers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers of solid fuel briquettes, pellets, cubes, charcoal fine, briquette-activated-carbon from agriculture, forest produce, and compost from Municipal Solid Waste, in order to operate power plants, solar water heating systems, photovoltaic systems, etc, that work on both conventional and non‐conventional sources of energy.

• We act as consultants or advisors and undertake on a turnkey basis - development projects related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, pollution control, resource recovery, waste minimization, waste avoidance, CO2 emissions abatement, fuel switching mechanisms, sustainable power, and other, related areas.
